Prior to co-founding Monsoon Season Jewelry, Heather spent two decades leading non-profit organizations where she championed diversity, equity, and inclusion and trauma-informed workplace best practices. Her background also includes 10 years in politics, running several congressional campaigns across the country and advocating for accessible health care, community development, and inclusive local economies.

Heather expects to complete her GIA Graduate Gemologist degree in 2027.
